The IKTIRAF Program is established by Lembaga Zakat Selangor (MAIS) ("Zakat Selangor") as a recognition and appreciation initiative for companies that consistently fulfil their zakat obligations through Zakat Selangor.
2.1 Participation eligibility is based on Business Zakat payment records with a minimum annual payment of RM20,000 or such other amount as may be determined by Zakat Selangor from time to time.

Recognition categories are subject to evaluation and approval by Zakat Selangor as follows:

| Silver | RM100,000 – RM499,999 |
| Gold | RM500,000 – RM999,999 |
| Diamond | Above RM1,000,000 |
Zakat Selangor reserves the right to amend the categories and eligibility thresholds from time to time without prior notice.
Participants of the IKTIRAF Program shall be entitled to the following benefits:
5.1 Participants agree to grant Zakat Selangor permission to use their company/organisation name and official logo for the purpose of:
5.2 Any use of the Participant's name and logo shall be subject to the Participant's Corporate Identity Manual and to Zakat Selangor's determination of its suitability.
6.1 The recognition status shall remain valid for a period of 18 months from the date of issuance of the offer.
6.2 Renewal of recognition shall be subject to the Participant's current zakat payment record and continued compliance with the eligibility requirements prescribed by Zakat Selangor.
Zakat Selangor reserves the right to revoke a Participant's recognition status in any of the following circumstances:
7.1 Any decision by Zakat Selangor to revoke a Participant's recognition status shall be made at its sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
Zakat Selangor reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of the IKTIRAF Program at any time without prior notice.
By participating in the IKTIRAF Program, the Participant is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
